Cashback is calculated on net weekly losses. For example: a Gold member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week will receive ৳20,000 × 0.6% = ৳120 cashback.

7. Betting and Gaming Rules

7.1 Validity of Bets

A bet will only be considered valid once it has been successfully accepted and confirmed by the system. In cases of incomplete bets due to loss of internet connection or a technical error, the information recorded in the 39 bed system will be considered final.

7.2 Technical Errors

If a technical error occurs in the game software or platform, 39 bed reserves the right to void bets placed during that time. In such situations the deposit used will be refunded, but any assumed winnings cannot be claimed.

7.3 Match Fixing and Dishonest Activity
